I have several contract for deed notes for sale. These agreements are mostly on newer homes that I built and I feel that they are fairly secure with minimal risk. They yield anywhere from 8 to 10% interest. If you are looking to invest at a higher rate of interest than normally offered by banks or other financial institutions, then this could be an option you might consider.
